FAQ'S

How does tasting work online?

For Sake Expert Course, we'll dispatch samples alongside with the textbook from the day you receive your course booking confirmation email. For Concierge course, you will source your own samples, but you’ll get lots of guidance on what styles to buy. ​

Study materials

Study materials will be dispatched from the day you receive your course booking confirmation email.

Exam results

Results will be issued approximately 1-2 weeks from the date you sat your examination.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings for the all courses are refundable up to 2 weeks prior to the Course Start date. On occasion due to unforeseen circumstances we may need to reschedule a course. 

Deadline for the application

10 days prior to the starting day of the each course
